Our unique service plan offers many benefits that other companies don't

Precision Tune-Ups: Jett Mechanical Heating and Air Conditioning will provide two precision tune-ups a year, one in the spring and one in the fall. These will be performed by a qualified service technician to insure that your equipment is operating safely and at peak performance.
Parts Discount: Jett Mechanical Heating and Air Conditioning will provide a 15% Discount on repair parts to keep your equipment listed in your agreement in proper working condition.
Labor Discount: Jett Mechanical will offer normal service rates for calls scheduled outside of our regular operating business hours of Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm.
Equipment Discount: Jett Mechanical Heating and Air Conditioning will provide a 10% Discount on replacement equipment.

Preferred treatment in scheduling all service calls, Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.
Our office staff will contact you in the spring and fall to schedule your tune-ups. That's one less thing you have to worry about.
On call technician for after-hours emergencies. (Overtime charges will not apply, you will have your discount.)
We will automatically extend your service agreement upon expiration with a reminder letter sent previous to the renewal date. Naturally you are always free to cancel our services at any time with no penalty.

Preventative Maintenance Agreement
* Check operating pressures.
* Check for proper refrigerant charge.
* Up to 2lbs. R-22 included.
* Check evaporator superheat.
* Check temperature of the return and supply air.
* Flush and clean condensate drain.
* Lubricate all oil able parts.
* Check belt and adjust tension as appropriate.
* Check filter and change standard filter if needed.
* Check all safety and operational controls.
* Check voltage and amperage to all motors.
* Check start capacitor and relays.
* Check the operation of the compressor contactor.
* Check all wiring and connections inside the unit and disconnect box.
* Inspect thermostat and observe its
operation.
* Check the gas burners.
* Check the pilot assembly.
* Check the thermocouple.
* Check the gas burner flame and adjust gas pressure if necessary.
* Check the heat exchanger.
* Check the flue venting.
* Check the fan control.
* Check the limit safety device and electrical wiring.
* Check the blower speed.
* Check the amp draw of the motor,
* Check belt and adjust tension if needed.
* Lubricate all oil able parts.
* Check filter and change standard filter if needed.
* Inspect thermostat and check the heat
anticipator setting.
* Check for sage operation.
